The 2 yellow arcs represent the upper and lower eyelids. The red dot in the middle signifies the optic disc. The lines emanating from this represent the retina vessels. Towards the bottom front, the cornea and iris behind it are represented by the concentric lines. The map of the Philippines signify that the PBO is for the people of the Philippines.
